Why
Why we started with Founding Members
Building something better than the big lead platforms is not easy, and we are not pretending it is. The first tradespeople to join take a chance on us before the homeowner traffic is there, so they get the best price we will ever offer, for as long as they stay.
They also shape what we build. Founding Members tell us what a lead should look like, what a fair refund rule is, and which trades to open next. The charter above came from listening to trades who had been burned elsewhere.
Our aim is simple: help local tradespeople win work at a fair, published price, without a contract, and without paying for leads that were sold to four other firms. We cannot do that alone.
