We want YourHouseFix to work well for homeowners and tradespeople. If something has gone wrong, please tell us.

About the work

The work is carried out by the tradesperson, not by YourHouseFix, so please raise any issue about the work, price or timing with them first. If you cannot resolve it, get in touch with your job reference and we will help where we can, and both sides will see the same evidence.

About a tradesperson's listing or a lead

If you are a tradesperson with a complaint about a lead, a bill or a suspension, use our contact page with your business name. Billing stops the minute a listing is suspended, we show the reason within 48 hours, and we aim to give a decision within 7 days.

About YourHouseFix

If your complaint is about the website or our service, please contact us via our contact page with the details and your job reference if you have one. We aim to reply within one working day.

YourHouseFix is a trading name of YourHouseFix Ltd (company number to follow). No payment is taken from homeowners on this site.
