MyJobQuote is run by ICM Enterprises in St Asaph, North Wales. Homeowners post a job free, MyJobQuote staff check it, and up to three local trades quote. Trades pay with credits bought in packs. For a tradesperson the questions are what a lead costs, how fresh it is, and what happens to credits you do not use.

What MyJobQuote does well
A free trial month, a three trade cap on each job, and staff who check a job before it goes out. Its homeowner reviews are strong.
Where YourHouseFix differs
No credits and nothing that expires. You pay £10 per job you accept, weekly, in arrears. The trade complaints that recur about MyJobQuote in public reviews are stale and duplicate leads; on YourHouseFix a job goes to you first, the homeowner's phone is verified before it goes live, and a silent homeowner means the £10 comes back. Worth knowing too: in December 2025 the Press Gazette reported that MyJobQuote had placed over 600 press stories quoting invented experts. We name real sources on every page.
Which should you use?
If you like buying a pack of credits and quoting against two others, MyJobQuote works and the trial month is free. If you want no credits, no expiry and to be charged only when you accept, YourHouseFix is the closer fit.
